摘　　要：电磁刹车是一种无摩擦的石油钻机用辅助刹车 ,而与刹车配套的励磁电源 ,对使用刹车时的安全作业起着十分重要的作用。缺少可靠电源保证的电磁刹车极易导致事故。作者针对目前国内电磁刹车的使用现状 ,分析了现有电磁刹车电源产品的故障原因 ,根据国外先进的油田钻井安全管理要求 ,开发研制了具有“应急功能”的电磁刹车电源 。Although electric eddy brake is an advanced auxiliary brake, which is easy to operate and has friction hardly, and the reliability of its driving supply is very important. If the driving supply is fault in operating.A crash accident will occur.The paper describes the priciple of eletric eddy brake driving supply and analyses the reason of electric eddy brake driving supply faults. To meet the needs of oil well drilling safely,base on the intelligent intergrated power model. An advanced driving supply with emergency fuction has been developed and used in oil well drilling.
