摘 要:从聚烯烃组成、结构与性能关系讨论了实现聚烯烃优质化的途径 。The synthetic methods of the excellent polyolefins were discussed from structure and properties of the polyolefins. The novel technique for the synthesis of excellent polyolefins have been reviewed as following: (1) The advent of metallocene catalysts can be employed in the synthesis of controllable microstructure i PP, a PP, s PS, s PMMA and high performance cycloaliphatic polymer and copolymer obtained from cycloolefins as well as excellent LLDPE and VLDPE elastomer. (2) Late transition metal complexes (Fe , Co , Ni and Pd based) used in combination with MAO or borane derivatives are highly active catalytic systems for the preparation of highly branch PE without any α olefin comonomer or of functional polyolefins by co insertion of olefins and acrylate monomers, CO etc. (3) Polyfunctional complex Z N catalysts contained di or tri transition metals or rare earth metals can be used to prepare the high branching degree PE plastic and elastomer as well as functional polyolefins. It is favorable for gas phase polymerizing process of ethylene.
