摘 要:详细研究了双螺杆中反应挤出聚合物的动力学模型、流动模型和传热模型。Twin screw extruders have been used widely in the fields of mixing, compounding, blending and reactive processing during the last forty years. Especially, twin screw extruder as reactors has attracted considerable attention during the last twenty years. However, the process of the reactive extrusion in twin screw extruders is very complicated, the theory on the reactive extrusion in twin screw extruders has not been fully developed yet. So, it is very important to research the models of reactive extrusion in twin screw extruders. In this paper, on the reaction kinetic, flow and heat transfer, the models of reactive extrusion of polymers in twin screw extruders were studied in detail. The residence time distribution and mean residence time of polymer in the reactor of twin reactive extrusion were obtained by experiment.
