香蕉离体试管芽诱变育种 Ⅲ.辐照后代优良株系的筛选

摘　　要：对香蕉离体试管芽进行 60 Coγ射线辐照处理 ,种植后从田间性状变异的调查中获得 2 8株优良的变异单株 .1995 - 1999年的筛选、株系比较试验和多点试验结果表明 ,8号株系的假茎颜色、叶柄、株型以及果轴茸毛等园艺性状与对照天宝香蕉有明显的区别 ,且果穗外观较好 ,果指较长、较重 ,产量较高 .多年测产结果表明 ,8号株系单株均比对照增产 10 %以上 。In vitro buds of banana were treated with irradiation of 60 Co γ ray, and 28 promising mutants were selected in the field. According to the results of screening, strain test and multi site trial from 1995 to 1999, there were remarkable differences in the horticultural traits such as pseudostem colour, leafstem, plant shape, and pappus on fruit shaft between strain 8 and CK, Tianbao Banana. Furthermore, strain 8 was eminent in appearance of fruit ears and possessed with long and heavy fruit fingers and high yield, meanwhile several years' trial proved that its yield per plant was over 10% higher than CK. Thus it performed an extremely significant yield increasing.
