银狐早期胚胎发育的超微结构研究

摘　　要：在银狐繁殖期,母狐自然交配后不同时间将其处死,从其输卵管或子宫角内冲取胚胎,通过透射电镜观察,对胚胎发育过程中的细胞器变化、细胞核变化等超微结构进行了较为系统的研究,以期为狐胚胎工程提供依据。During breeding season,the female foxes were killed at different time af-ter natural mating to flush the embryos from oviduct and uterus horns. The embryoswere observed under the transparent electronic microscope, and systematic studieswere conducted on ultrastructural changes of organelles, nucleus and so on in the em-bryos during the early development stage, which could provide the scientific basis forembryo engineering in the silver fox.
