摘  要:大气中氮氧化物 (NOx)是目前国际上普遍关心的环境保护问题之一。特别是在我国 ,大型电厂锅炉多燃用两种或两种以上的混煤 ,因此研究混煤燃烧过程中氮氧化物的排放特性具有重要意义。该文在容量为 6 40MJ/h的煤粉燃烧试基金项目 :国家“九·五”重点科技攻关资助项目 (96 A19 0 1 0 5 )。KeyProjectoftheNationalNinth fiveYearResearchProgramofChina(96 A19 0 1 0 5 ) .验台上 ,对某电厂燃用的几种褐煤及其混煤的NOx 动态排放特性进行了研究。着重考察了氧浓度、煤粉细度、水分、煤粉含氮量以及一二次风比例对氮氧化物排放量的影响。结果表明 :过剩氧量对NOx 浓度水平影响很大 ,当其它条件不变时 ,NOx 排放浓度随炉膛出口过剩氧量增大而上升 ;煤中水分含量的不同 ,对NOx 排放浓度水平有一定的影响 ;煤粉越细 ,NOx 排放浓度越高 ;随着煤粉含氮量的增加 ,NOx 的排放浓度也在增加 ;一次风率越大 ,氮氧化物排放量越大。The NO x in atmosphere is the international environmental protection problem that be concerned at large at present. Especially in our country, the large power plant combustion two kinds and more than two kinds blending coals. So it is important that study the NO x emission character of blending coals combustion. In this paper, the experimental study on the dynamic behavior of NO x emission concentration of brown and brown-blending coals, which are often used by some power plant, have been performed in 640MJ/h pulverized coal thermal state test rig. Primarily seeing about that the influence on the NO x emission of oxygen concentration,pulverized coal fineness,moisture, pulverized coal nitrogen content and the rate of the primary and the secondary air. The results show that the influence of surplus oxygen to NO x emission is great, the NO x emission concentration will be increased along with the augmentation of surplus oxygen in furnace exit when the else conditions not changed. The difference of coal moisture content has some influence to NO x emission. Thinner the pulverized coal is, bigger the NO x emission concentration is. The NO x emission concentration is increased along with the augmentation of coal nitrogen content. The NO x emission is high along with the great of primary air rate. It provides the theory thereunder to high efficiency clean combustion of large power plant boiler.
