摘　　要：本文根据小功率金属卤化物灯电弧管排气工艺特点 ,设计电弧管圆排机 ,分析小功率金卤灯电弧管内在质量的影响因素 ,并结合排气机在调试过程中采取的工艺措施进行初步探讨。In this paper,the exhaust machine of the metal halide lamp's arc tube is designed and manufactured which is based on the characteristic of the metal halide lamp's exhaust technology.This rcticle puts forward many technologic method to improve the quality of the metal halide lamp's arc tube.
