摘 要:通过经验总结和统计分析 ,对目前运行的 30 0~ 6 0 0MW锅炉的燃烧效果和不同燃烧方式的炉膛热力特征参数进行了探讨 ,并提出了今后炉膛设计选型的参考数值。认为当前设计取用的数值大多偏紧 ,尤其是燃用低挥发分煤种的锅炉 ,致使相当数量的大机组燃尽率达不到应有水平。四角切向燃烧和墙式对冲燃烧方式都有此问题 ,而W火焰双拱燃烧锅炉则更严重 ,值得关注。Through statistical analysis, an approach to combustion efficiency of 300-600MW boilers existing now in operation and their furnace thermal characteristic parameters under different combustion modes has been made, putting forward some reference parameters for design and mode-selection of furnace hearth in the future. It is felt that the furnace volume heat release rate used in present designs is commonly on the higher side, especially for boilers burning low volatile coal sorts, making the combustion efficiency for quite a number of large capacity units could not reach to a due level. This problem had occurred under corner tangential firing and wall opposed firing, and it became even more serious under W-shaped flame double-arch firing.
