摘　　要：为了客观地评价麻疹监测系统现状 ,对山东省 1999年和 2 0 0 0年麻疹流行病学和实验室监测工作进行了比较分析。结果显示 :2 0 0 0年与 1999年相比 ,麻疹监测系统的敏感性、流行病学和实验室评价指标都显著提高 ,麻疹疑似病例分类更趋合理。同时 ,对监测工作有关环节存在的问题进行了探讨 ,以便今后进一步提高麻疹监测工作质量。Measles surveillance both of epidemiology and laboratory in Shandong Province in 1999 and 2000 was comparatively analyzed.The results showed that the sensitivity of measles surveillance and the assessment indicators of epidemiological and laboratory surveillance were significantly improved,and the classification of suspected measles cases was more reasonable in 2000 than that in 1999.Some obstacles and shortages existing in different processes of measles surveillance were discussed for improving the quality of measles surveillance in future.
