七叶皂甙钠搽剂治疗软组织损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较研究七叶皂甙钠搽剂和美得喜乳膏治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :2 0 0例软组织损伤患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ,分别给予七叶皂甙钠搽剂和美得喜乳膏治疗一周。治疗前后分别记录患者在疼痛、肿胀、压痛和功能障碍等方面的积分。同时对患者血、尿常规及肝肾功能进行检测 ,并记录副反应。结果 :七叶皂甙钠搽剂能明显改善患者的临床症状与体征 ,且无任何副反应 ,其有效率高于美得喜乳膏组。结论Objective:To study the clinical effect and side effect of Aescine Sodium Liniment and Mei De Xi Cream on sofe tissue scathe. Methods: 200 patients of sofe tissue scate were random divided into 2 groups which treated with Aescine Sodium Liniment and Mei De Xi Cream respectively. The patient's integrals of pain,swell,compactor and function disorder were noted before and after the trement.The blood routine,urine rountine,liver function,kindey function and the side effevtive were also observed at one time. Results: Aescine Sodium Liniment can relieve markly the patient's pain,swell,compactor and function disorder and have any no side effective. The efficient of Aescine Sodium Liniment was higher than that of Mei De Xi Cream .Conclusion: Aescine Sodium Linimen was a kind of perferable drugs of treating sofe tissue scathe in external use.
