摘  要:目的 :建立椎体位移的离体动物模型 ,从而进一步探讨颈椎病 ,腰椎间盘突出发病及手法治疗机制。方法 :杂种猪 9只 ,处死后立即取 L3 ~ L5段脊柱 ,尸僵前 L5椎体固定 ,L3 椎体加装旋转杆 ,L4 施以扭转外力 ,做超关节运动 ,去除外力摄 X线片观察椎体位移变化。结果 :当扭转 L4 做超关节运动时 ,发生椎体位移 ,单纯旋转不做超关节运动不能改变椎体原位状态。结论 :( 1 )当扭转外力集中于某一椎体 ,超过小关节限制运动时 ,可使该椎体产生椎体位移。外力使椎体产生位移造成椎体失稳是颈椎病 ,腰椎间盘突出症主要病理改变 ;手法治疗是通过纠正椎体位移改变椎体失稳状态来治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症的。 ( 2 )脊柱在生理范围内的旋转运动不能改变椎体失稳状态。 ( 3)手法治疗必须定点、定向、定量 ;Objective:To establish vertebral displaced animal model, then further probe cause and manipulative treatment mechanism of cervical vertebral disease and lumbar disc protrusion.Methods:From 9 killed hybrid pigs, vertebra L 3 to L 5 have been removed. vertebra L 5 should be fixed, rotation rods should be fixed on vertebra L 3, and vertebra L 4 should be encountered torsion forces, then do some super joint movements. To observe charges of vertebral dislocation through x ray examination on condition that torsion forces hvae been removed.Results:When vertebral L 4 have been tortured and do super joint movement will not lead to vertebral dislocation.Conclusion:(1)When torsion force concentrates on one vertebra, and break movement limitation if small joint,this vertebra will be dislocated.External forces will lead to vertebral dislocation, then unbalance of vertebra, which is the pathological charge of cervical vertebral disease and lumbar disc protrusion through correcting vertebral dislocation and vertebral unbalance.(2)The rotation of spinal columns within physiological range will not charge vertebral unbalance.(3)Manipulative treatment must be on proper site, proper direction and with proper manipulative power,otherwise the external force of rotation will lead to new injure.
