摘 要:目的 设计一套植入式人工电动智能掌指关节 ,探索臂丛损伤后手功能重建的新方法。方法 利用体内可植入材料 ,采用医工结合的研究方法设计植入式人工电动智能掌指关节 ,并作尸体演示 ,观察其活动度与实用性。结果 完成植入式人工电动智能掌指关节的设计。尸体演示提示该人工关节设计合理 ,手术安装方便 ,人工掌指关节屈伸活动度 :屈 90°~伸 0° ,符合人工关节设计要求。Objective To design a set of implanted electric artificial intelligent metacarpophalangeal joint and investigate a new strategy for the reconstruction of hand function after brachial plexus injuries. Methods The implanted electric artificial intelligent metacarpophalangeal joint was made of implanted materials and designed with the methods combined medicine with technology. The major function was checked with the demonstration of corpse. Its activity and practicability was observed. Results The design of the implanted electric artificial intelligent metacarpophalangeal joint was completed successfully. The demonstration of corpse revealed that the design was rational and fixed easily in the operation. The range of activity of the artificial metacarpophalangeal joint was between 90 degree of flexion and 0 degree of extension. The major function was comparable with the requirement of artificial articulation. Conclusion The implanted electric artificial intelligent metacarpophalangeal joint provides a new and hopeful strategy for the reconstruction of hand function after brachial plexus injuries.
