摘  要:本文对15~65日龄新生家兔外周血白细胞总数、白细胞分类计数及各类白细胞的形态变化作动态观察,并将各有关指标与成年兔的相应指标作了比较。结果指出,15日龄新生兔白细胞总数略低于成年兔,且其中嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞数量较多,而淋巴细胞数量较少;25日龄前后白细胞总数与嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞数量达到最大值,此后便趋减少;45日龄前后白细胞总数明显降低,稍后,又趋回升;从15日到65日龄淋巴细胞在数量上稳定增加,在形态上渐趋成熟。结果提示,15日龄新生兔非特异性免疫和特异性免疫均较弱;25日龄前后非特异性免疫功能最强,随后即趋下降并渐为特异性免疫功能所取代。The Changes in the number and morphology of the peripheral blood leucocytes in 15-65 day-age newborn rabbits were observed dynamically. The results showed that: 1) The WBC count in 15 day-age rabbits was slightly lower than that of adult, and more of them were mononuclear leucocytes and neutrophils than lymphocytes. 2)In 25 day-age rabbits, both the WBC count and the number of mononuclear leucocytes and neutrophils reached maximum then decreased. 3)In 45 day-age rabbits,the WBC count decreased significantly and after a while, tended to picking up again. 4)From 15 to 65 day-age the number of lymphocytes was increasing steadily and their morphology was maturing gradually. These results implied that both the nonspecific and specific immunity were immature in 15 day-age rabbits; the development of the nonspecific immunity reached its peak in 25 day-age; after that, the nonspecific immunity tended to descend and was replaced by the specific immunity gradually.
