摘　　要：简要介绍了火电厂气力出灰系统的控制特点和要求,给出了用ＰＣ实现该控制要求的方法。系统的硬件由上位机和ＰＣ控制器构成,软件由二次开发的上位机组态运行操作管理软件和ＰＣ运行软件组成。整个控制系统可实现现场手动操作、上位机手动操作及全自动控制运行,同时该系统还具有压力参与气锁阀系统的控制、支线蝶阀故障处理等功能。The control points and demands of gas force remove ash system are briefly introduced, and the method by using PC is also given . The hardware is composed by upper-computer and PC, the software are consist of configuration manger software and PC run software.The control syste can be used for field hander operation ,upper - computer handle and automation control.For others this system has come functions as pressure participation gas lock up valve system control and the trouble dispose of lateral butterfly valve.
