摘　　要：企业医院与母体企业分离,实现社会化运作,是国有企业改革的即定目标之一。如同当初企业办社会、建医院是实行计划经济的产物一样,今天提出企业医院社会化的问题也是发展市场经济的内在要求。企业医院社会化不是简单地由企业举办转为地方政府举办,而是需要全新的思路,在多种选择中实现企业医院社会化。One of the established goals of the state - owned enterprise reform is to depart the hospital of enterprise with the enterprise itself and realize socialization. Just like enterprise setting up hospital is one of the results of planned economy in the past, socialization of hospitals of enterprise is the internal need of market economy. Socialization of enterprise hospitals is not simply to shift the ownership of hospitals from enterprise to government, hut to use a completely new thought to realize socialization in multiple - choices.
