煤粉锅炉点火燃烧器风油匹配问题试验研究

摘  要:针对煤粉锅炉在冷态点火期间往往存在点火油耗过高,烟囱冒黑烟等问题,在1台220t/h煤粉锅炉点火燃烧器冷态空气动力场试验基础上,进行了汽力雾化喷嘴和机械雾化喷嘴实际点火试验。结果表明:锅炉冷态点火冒黑烟的根本原因在于燃烧器配风量严重不足及燃烧器空气动力结构与油雾炬结构不匹配;对于稳燃效果较差的燃烧器,采用机械雾化喷嘴可获得比汽力雾化喷嘴更为稳定可靠的稳燃性能。Much oil was consumed and much black smoke discharged from the chimney of boiler during the igni-tion of most cold state PC boilers.After the cold aerodynamic fields of the ignition burners were tested,the ignit-ing experiments with both steam and mechanical spray atomizers were carried out on a220t/h PC boiler.The re-sults showed that the cause of black smoke lay in the serious shortage of air volume and the unmatched structure between oil spray and aerodynamic fields of the ignition burner.The results also showed that much more steady combustion could be obtained with mechanical spray nozzle than with steam atomizer for some burners with poor performance.
