摘　　要：劳动力市场作为劳动力的需求者和劳动者双向选择的场所，是劳动者就业再就业的一种渠道。在我国传统的劳动就业制度下，劳动力市场发展缓慢。为适应市场经济的发展，必须建立统一、开放的劳动力市场，促进劳动力的合理流动，以实现就业再就业。As the very place where the dual-way choice between employers and labors is occurring, labor market is one of channels for labors to be reemployed. Under the traditional system of work and employment, the labor market slowly developed. To conform to the development of the market economy, it is imperative to establish an united and open market to promote the reasonable labor movement and improve the reemployment.
