摘  要:采用鲫鱼体内实验方法 ,通过气相色谱和色质联用技术 (GC MS)分析出 β 硝基萘酚在鱼体内不同时间的代谢产物分别为 β 亚硝基萘酚和 β 氨基萘醌 .表明 β 硝基萘酚中硝基的转变为逐步还原代谢过程 ,而羟基转变成醌是氧化代谢过程 ,它们分属不同的酶系催化 .同时从 β 硝基萘酚及其代谢产物的正辛醇 /水分配系数 (Kow)数据 ,发现代谢产物的亲水性比母体强 ,易参于体液循环 ,其中的激活产物会对生物体正常生理造成严重影响 .该研究结果为建立 βNitro-substituted polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons(NPAHs) were ubiquitous pollutants in the atmosphere and aquatic systems.Their cacinogenic and mutagenic potential was well documented in mammals, but very little was known in fish. In this research, we selected a typical NPAH-β-Nitronaphthalenol to study its biological effect through metabolism in fish. In vivo metabolism of β-Nitronaphthalenol was first investigated in the liver of Carassius auratus. Two metabolites at different time were identified as β-Nitrosonaphthalenol and β-Aminonaphthoquinone by means of gas chromatographic-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). This results demonstrated that nitryl in β-Nitronaphthalenol was reduced gradually while hydroxy was oxidized, and they were catalyzed by different enzymes. From the detected metabolites and the reductive reaction of Nitro-substituted aromatic hydrocarbons, there might be some transitional and instantaneous metabolites such as β-Nitrosonaphthoquinone,β-Hydroxylaminenaphthalenol,β-Hydroxylaminenaphthoquinone which were not detected. From the n-octanol/water partition coefficients(Kow) of β-Nitronaphthalenol and its metabolites, we could see that these metabolites were more hydrophilic and easier to join in body fluit than the matrix. The activated ones would have serious effects on the organism's normal physiological mechanism, once they reached the reactive target. Therefore, when we did environmental risk assessment on this pollutant, we should consider not only the toxicity of β-Nitrosonaphthalenol itself but also its metabolites', especially its activated ones. The study provided some scientific fundations for the estabolishment of β-Nitronaphthalenol emission standands.
