摘　　要：如何优化小城镇土地供给模式已成为当前一个迫切的战略问题 .文章分析了传统土地供给模式的负面效应 ,论证了优化配置土地资源应该走供给引导需求、内涵发展的道路 ,充分发挥市场机制在资源配置中的基础性作用 .How to supply optimally the land of small rural towns is an urgent strategic question. This study discusses that the traditional patterns of land supply are characterized by land utilization planning, distribution without any compensation, demand oriented supply, low level of land market and simple form of land supply system. Based on the analysis, the paper argues that traditional patterns have caused rural towns some effects opposite to benign development. It also proved that the road to land optimal allocation of small rural towns is supply oriented and intensive development. At the same time, we must make full use of the essential functions of marketplace in allocating resources.
