木通多糖的分离纯化及部分理化性质测定

摘　　要：从木通中分离木通糖蛋白复合物 ,经SephadexG - 75柱层析和SepharoseCL - 4B柱层析纯化得木通糖蛋白。测其分子量约为 2 .4× 10 4 ;红外光谱和紫外光谱分析得其具有典型的多糖吸收峰和蛋白质吸收峰 ;比色法测其多糖含量和蛋白质含量分别为 90 .4 %和 5 .8% ;气相色谱法显示其多糖由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、木糖和半乳糖组成。The crude polysaccharide can be obtained from Akebia Quinata Decne by hot water extraction.The component of saccharide is purified by chromatography on Sephadex G\|75 and Sepharose CL\|4B.It's average MW is approximately 2.4×10 4。Typical absorption of polysacchaide and protein are shown i its IR and UV spectrum.The content of saccharide is 90.4%.The content of protein is 5.8%.The components of the polysaccharide is identified by GC:rhamnose、arabinose、glucoe、xylose and galactose.
