摘　　要：本文对沉积在硅基片上的几种金属酞菁化合物薄膜进行了拉曼光谱测量 ,并对其主要振动谱带进行了初步指认 。Metal-phthalocyanine compounds with different central metal atoms are deposited on silicon wafer and the Raman spectra are measured. A primary assignment of the Raman bands is made and the influence to the wavenumber and intensity of the metal atoms is discussed.
