摘　　要：反倾销制裁是WTO成员国采用最多的一种非关税壁垒措施,中国已成为其最严重的受害国,给我国经济的发展带来了消极的影响。为此,国内企业在中国加入WTO之际,应学会逐步运用WTO规则中的反倾销协议,维护企业自身的权益。分析WTO的反倾销规则,比较主要成员国的反倾销法律制度,可以为我国企业应对国际反倾销制裁提供一些对策措施。The antidumping is the familiar no-tariff wall in the world, which is adopted by most countries of the WTO.China has become the biggest casualty now,so that we must study and make use of the WTO antidumping rule in order to protect our enterprise benefit.This paper studies the WTO s antidumping rule, and compares with the policy of some countries. At last, some solutions to the antidumping are put forward.
