摘　　要：东汉明章时期是东汉历史发展的关键时期,在这一时期,由于明、章二帝采取了一系列旨在巩固统治的措施,使东汉继光武中兴之后,又出现“大治”景象,把东汉的统治推向了发展的高峰,同时明章时期的一些作法,对整个东汉历史产生了深远的影响,为后世提供了借鉴。It was a critical period in the later Han Dynasty when Ming emperor and Zhang emperor ruled the empire. The empire developed rapidly because the two emperors strongly ruled. The ways that the two emperors ruled the empire had profound and lasting effects on the development of the later Han Dynasty. The emperors afterward drew lessons from the two emperors'practices.
