摘　　要：国民党南京国民政府成立后,中国民族资本主义的发展随着南京国民政府财经政策的变化呈现出不同的特点:南京国民政府初期各项财经政策的推行在一定程度上促进了民族资本主义的发展;抗战时期,一度获得发展的民族资本主义因南京国民政府各项经济政策的实施在1942年以后走向破产;解放战争时期,由于《中美商约》的签定和四大家族官僚资本的急剧膨胀,民族资本主义工商业最终陷于困境。After the establishment of the Kuomindang government in Nanjing, the development of China national capitalism assumed different characteristics only because of the government finance and economics policies ; In the early days of Kuomindang Nanjing government, the performance of the various finance and economics policies promoted the development of the national capitalism ; In the periord of Anti-Japanese War, the national capitalism which once obtained short-term development moved towards bankrupt after 1942 because the various finance and economics policies put into practice; In the later stage of the Kuomindang Nanjing government , because of the signment of commercial treaty and the expansim of the Four Families bureaucrat capital , the national capitalism finaly was bogged down in difficulties.
