摘　　要：权台矿负 60 0m水平中央泵房原超期服役的 2 # 、4# 水泵富裕扬程过高 ,电机容量过大 ,运行状况恶化 ,吨水百米电耗超标 ,对其进行更新改造后 ,经测试评价 ,排水系统实现了经济运行 ,节电效益显著 。Pumps No.1 and No.2 at the 600m underground base pump station in Quantai Colliery were doing extended services.They gave too high surplus hoisting,and their motor capacities were too great.Their performances worsened,and the 'power consumptionton(water)·100m'went above the national standard.Since the two pumps were modified,the drainage system has been operating economically,and the power consumption rate reduced.The investment can be recouped in a short time.
