摘　　要：根据网络的带宽情况 ,将MPEG视频的重要帧滤取出来并在网络上传输 ,帧滤取算法考虑了同一条流中视频的GoP发生改变的情况 .为了进行视频传送的差错控制和恢复 ,该方案使用了牛顿插值Reed Soloman编码进行冗余编码保护 ,能在网络带宽有限的情况下保证视频的传输质量 .According to the situation of the network bandwidth, we filter MPEG video data and select the essential frames to be transmitted over the network. A frame selection algorithm is proposed which takes into consideration of the case that video GoP may change in a single stream. To implement error control and concealment for video communication, the Newton interpolation method is used. Our scheme can guarantee the video transmission quality under the condition of limited network bandwidth. We also test our scheme on networks with different transmission rate and packet loss rate.
