摘　　要：主要介绍CDMA射频基站收发信机原理框图、指标及设计方法 .完全符合IS - 95标准的CDMA三扇区基站 .接收机接收灵敏度 - 117dBm ,噪声系数优于 3dB ;发射功率 6 0W ,三阶互调抑制大于 45dB .The paper presents the scheme of CDMA (code division multiple access) base station transceiver. The CDMA three region base station is incorporated into this standard which is defined in TIA/EIA/IS-95. Its receiver sensitivity is -117 dBm and the noise figure is better than 3 dB. The maximal effective radiated transmitter power is 60 W and the 3rd intermodulation products from co-located transmitter should not exceed 45 dB.
