摘　　要：提出基于网络协议层次结构和网络拓扑结构分散和集中相结合的一种综合故障管理策略 .首先分析了炮兵战术互联网网络的特点和集中式故障管理方法的局限性 ,然后提出了综合故障管理策略 ,最后以战术级炮兵战术互联网为例说明了如何实现本方法 .该方法已在某军 (师 )A fault management policy of the combination of the total and distributed based on the network protocol architecture and the network topology architecture is presented. First of all, the character of the artillery tactics intranet is analyzed, along with the limitation of the centralized fault management method. And then the synthesizing fault management policy is presented. At the last, an artillery tactics intranet is taken as an example used to explain how to realize the policy. The policy has been successfully applied to a certain army communication network management simulation system.
