摘　　要：用灭活的流行性出血热病毒 (EHFV) L99株感染传代培养的 Vero- E6细胞 ,第 4 d5 0 %的Vero- E6细胞胞浆内可查到对 EHFV鼠血清的特异性荧光 ,第 7～ 10 d阳性细胞数达到 10 0 %.用感染第 3d的细胞培养上清大批量盲种 ,第 7～ 10 d荧光强度均达到 + + + + .电镜下病毒呈圆形或卵圆形 ,外膜为电子致密层 ,界面清楚 ,包绕着比较疏松的内浆 ,内浆中有若干个颗粒丝状结构 .The culture of Vero-E 6 cells was infected with L 99 strains of EHF Virus.4 days later,the specific fluorescence was detected in the cytoplasm of 50% Vero-E 6 cells.7 or 10 days later,positive cells rose up to 100%.Cells were incubated in blind in large quantities with culture medium acquired on the third day after it was infected with EHFV.7 or 10 days later,its fluorescence intensity was++++.Under the electron microscopy,the virus particles were spherical or oval; its adventitia was an electron dense layer with clear boundary.The loose endoplasm was wrapped with several filariform granulations inside.
