摘 要:将胸腺肽原液与不同浓度的海藻糖 (Trehalose)同时冻干后分别在 4 ,2 2和 37℃下保存 0~ 2 4个月 ,并于不同时间进行 E-玫瑰花环结合率实验检测其稳定性 ,结果显示海藻糖对胸腺肽活性具有明显的保护作用 ,随着海藻糖浓度升高 (5 %~ 15 %) ,其保护性能逐渐加强 .15 %海藻糖在实验组中对胸腺肽活性保护性最强 .在各保存温度尤其在低温条件下 (2~ 8℃ ) ,海藻糖可极显著增强胸腺肽活性 ,延长有效活性保存时间 .The thymus peptide freeze-dried with trehalose of different concentrations was kept in 4, 22 and 37 ℃ respectively, for 0~24 months and its stability and bioactivity were determined by experiments of combination rate of E-rose-ring.The results indicated that trehalose had obvious protective actions upon the bioactivity of thymus peptide at different temperatures, especially at a higher temperature and its protective capability increased with its concentration changing from 5% to 15%. At various storage temperatures, especially at a lower temperature, for example 2 ~8 ℃, it could increase significantly the bioactivity of thymus peptide and prolong the storage period of validity.
