摘　　要：讨论了电子江图与信息系统的理论基础--电子地图、地理信息系统方法和内河模拟引航船舶运动数学模型的建立，分析了系统的开发流程和作为电子江图基础的数据库方法，研究了典型航段电子江图与信息显示的设计与实现技术．Firstly, This paper discusses the theoretica1 basis of in1and--waterway electronic chart display and its information systern (IECDIS)--electronic chart,geographical information system(GIS) and mathe- matic modeling of inland--waterway simulate pilotage. Secondly, it analyses the system developing program and the database method. And At last, it provides the design and realization technique in typical reach of a river using IECDIS.
