摘　　要：二板市场是主板发展到成熟阶段的必要补充 ,对中国未来经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用。本文通过对海外二板市场的介绍 ,分析我国设立二板市场的意义 ,探讨我国二板市场的有关问题。The Second Stock Market is the necessary supplement to The First Stock Market when the latter reaches its mature period.It plays a decisive role in China's economic development in the future.Based on the investigation of foreign countries ,the article analyses the sgnificance to establish the Second Stock Market in our country and goes into its related problems.
