差分对振荡电路分析

摘　　要：通过对差分电路在大信号模型下的集电极电流的频谱分析 ,讨论了差分振荡电路的非线性失真、起振条件、输出电压等特性 。By analyzing the frequency spectrum of collector current of differential amplifier in large signal inputted,the character of differential oscillator in nonlinear distortion,the condition of set to oscillate and output voltage are discussed,meanwhile,the method of adjustment in experiment is described.
