摘　　要：太原理工大学高层住宅楼墙、板等构件采用清水混凝土施工工艺。剪力墙模板采用大模板施工工艺 ,现浇板及梁采用双面竹胶模板施工工艺。构件的垂直、平整度达到中级抹灰质量标准。构件色泽一致 ,尺寸准确 ,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。The structure components of residence buildings of taiyuan university of technology adopt fair faced concrete construction crafts. And shear wall moldboards use the construction crafts of the large moldboards. In addition to these, in site cast plates and beams adopt construction crafts of double faced bamboo glue moldboards. The smooth and vertical degree reaches the quality standard of intermediate plastering. Meanwhile not only the hue of the components is identical but also the size of the component is accurate. Finally the paper points out that good society and economy benefit is obtained.
