摘 要:凝结水处理混床的应用使高参数、大容量火力发电机组的热力系统水汽品质得到了较充分的保证 ,但是 ,有时候有些混床投运后会出现炉水 pH值下降、热力系统水汽品质长期不合格 ,机组启动初期混床不能及时投入运行等等问题 ,影响了该技术的使用和发展。本文就这些有关问题进行综合性的探讨和分析。Application of condensate treatment with mixed resin bed is the guarantee of superior quality of water and steam for high capacity electric generator unit with parameters of high value, but at times, pH value of the outlet of the mixed bed in operation decreases, quality of condensate and steam of the heat power system can not put into operation in time and this application and development of this iondensate treatment technology were delayed. In this paper. a comprehensive exploration and analysis on these problems were carried out.
