摘 要:目的:对盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液的溶液颜色检查进行了研究。方法:试验了样品与黄绿色标准比色液的颜色比较,同时确定了黄绿色标准比色液的最大吸收波长。将样品溶液进行了加速试验和浓缩,并将它们与原液同时进行了分光光度法测定。结果:样品与黄绿色标准比色液无法相等比较。颜色深过原液二倍多的试验溶液在450nm波长处测定的吸收度变化不大,无法达到控制质量的目的。结论:照分光光度法测定时,波长应改为430nm,吸收度可设定为“不得过0.07”。Objective: To study the colour of levofloxacin hydrochloricle injection. Methods: The sample was compared with yellowish green reference solution. The maximal detection wave length of yellowish green reference solution was determined. Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection were intensely tested and were concentrated. They were checked by spectrophotometry. Results: The sample can not be compared with yellowish green reference solution. The colour of tested solution was double deeper than colour for o-riginal injection. Variability of absorbent was small,when trial solution was determined at 450nm. Quality of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection can not be controlled. Conclusion: The detection wave length should be corrected for 430nm,and the absorble value must be less than 0. 07.
