摘  要:采用自行研制的超声C扫描成像检测系统 ,基于对大量焊接面解剖、焊合率的定量金相检测 ,确定了合理的缺陷灰度阈值 ,进而对异种钢超塑性固相焊界面的焊合率进行了系统的检测与分析 .实验结果表明 :该系统能较准确、可靠和快速地检测出异种钢超塑性固相焊界面的焊合状况 ,并与实际测出的界面缺陷分布情况有较好的一致性 .在超塑焊焊接检测的过程中 。Based on a large amount of dissection at welded interface and quantitative microscopic examination of welded rate, the suitable limit of grey scale value was determined, and the welded rate of superplastic solid phase welding interface of different steels was systematically inspected and analyzed by means of self made ultrasonic C scanning imaging inspection system. The experimental results show that the welded state of superplastic solid phase welding interface of different steels can be more accurately, reliably and quickly inspected by virtue of this system, and the ultrasonic testing results are in good accord with the actual interface defect distribution. The welded rate tested by this system in superplastic welding process is linear with the tensile strength of the joint.
