艾灸血清对肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞特异性杀伤活性的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察艾灸血清培养的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (TumorInfiltratingLymphocytes ,TIL)中CTL的杀伤活性、各组TIL对不同瘤株的杀伤活性以及艾灸血清对TIL诱生的IFN γ、TNF α活性的影响。方法 :用艾灸血清培养TIL ,通过3 H TdR释放法和ELISA进行检测。结果 :发现艾灸血清能明显提高指数生长期TIL中CTL的杀伤活性 ,艾灸血清培养的TIL存在对同种异体的肿瘤有特异性杀伤的T细胞克隆 ,艾灸血清能促进TIL细胞诱生TNF α和IFN γ。显著提高TIL培养上清中的TNF α含量 ,一定程度上增强TIL产生IFN γ的水平。结论 :艾灸血清能在一定程度上促进TIL的特异性杀伤活性。Objective:By culture Moxibustion Serum(MS) with Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TIL),activity of specific lysis of Cytotoxicity T Lymphocytes (CTL)from TIL, its activity of lysis to different tumors and effect of MS on induction activities of Tumor Necrosis Factor α(TNF α) and Interferon γ(IFN γ) were studied Methods:Release method of 3H TdR and Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA were adopted during the study Results:MS could significantly enhance the susceptibility of tumor cells to lysis by CTL in TILs in vitro, promote target distribution, raise activity of T cell clones which shows specific lysis to allogeneic tumor cells instead of heterogeneous tumor cells Results from cytokines indicated Moxibustion serum could positively regulate the induction activities of TNF α and Interferon γ, hoist secretion of TNF α and IFN γ Conclusion:To some extents, MS could promote activity of specific lysis of TIL
