摘 要:对氢电弧等离子体法制备的纳米NiCe合金粒子中稀土元素Ce的作用进行了分析 ,由EDS及XRD结果可以看出纳米粒子表面壳层富集Ce且与Ni形成CeNi合金相 ,为新的表面活性中心 ;同时由DSC结果发现 ,Ce的加入使nano NiCe粒子的热稳定性比nano Ni粒子提高近 90℃。因此 ,Ce的加入使得纳米NiCe粒子具有高的催化活性和稳定性。The effects of rare earth element cerium on nano NiCe particles prepared by H 2 arc plasma method were analyzed in this paper. The results of EDS and XRD showed that Ce element was rich in the outer shell of nano particles and CeNi alloy phases were formed which were a new type of surface active centers. Based on the analysis of DSC, it was obtained that the heat stability of nano NiCe particles was 90℃ higher than that of nano Ni particles. Nano NiCe particles possessed higher catalytic activity and stability than nano Ni particles owing to the addition of cerium.
