摘　　要：目的　研究一种新型弹药的预成型药柱溶剂吸附规律 ,为弹药药柱发泡工艺提供理论和实验数据 .方法　采用仪器分析和化学分析两种方法 ,测试在一定温度下随着时间的延长 ,预成型弹药药柱的溶剂吸附量曲线 .结果　确定了密闭容器中溶剂含量、温度、时间的关系 .结论　在一定温度下 ,随着时间的延长 ,溶剂吸附量呈规律性地变化 。Aim: In order to provide the theory and experimental data for foaming technology of a new ammunition, the law of solvent adsorption of the preformed powder grains is studied. Methods: Under certain temperature, the curves of the solvent adsorption volume of grains changed with prolonging time had been tested by two ways of analysis, instrumental and chemical. Results: The relation of solvent content, temperature and time in the airtight vessel has been ascertained. Conclusion: The solvent adsorption volume of the ammunition grains regularly changed with time prolonged and can be controlled by temperature and time.
