摘 要:本文用ICP-AES法对南沙海域沉积物中的Cu,Sr,Ba,Co,Ni,V,Sc,Mo,Mn,Ti,Ga,Cr的测定作了探讨。测量了检测限和背景当量浓度,拟订了较有效的分析方法。Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectaometry for quantitative determination of minor and microelements Cu,Sr,Ba,Co,Ni,V, Mo,Mn,Ti,Cr,Ga,and Sc in sediments of Nansha Islands was developed. In order to evaluate presence and magnitude of the background and spectral overlap interference effects, the interference effects of matrix elements were studied from wavelength scan profiles obtained in the vicinity of the analytical lines by nebulizing the solution of single matrix elements into the ICP torch. The effects of the solution acidity,carried gas-argon flow rates and incident power on the intensity of the analytical lines were studied and compromising analytical parameters were reasonably selected, while the detection limits and background equivalent concentrations of the elements were measured. Analysis results of this method in determinating geochemical. standard samples GSR and GSD made in China were compared with their standard data. Although both were quite similar,it was evident that the accuracy of this method was better.The recovery rates were between 91.2-105.0%, and relative standard deviation was 2.4-6.6%, meeting the needs of sample analyses.
