摘　　要：我厂氧化铝焙烧炉3套TDC系统改造为TPS系统,将原TDC系统的SOPL程序进行消化和转换,开发成逻辑回路控制和CL/MC程序?此项改造改进了焙烧炉工艺?控制及连锁,实现3台焙烧炉集中控制?操作和管理,为全厂信息及管理一体化奠定了基础?Three TDC systems of our Plant's Alumina Calciners were upgraded into TPS system, primary im- port SOPL program of TDC systems were digested and changed, and developcd the logic loop control and CL/MC program; the upgrade improved technology and control and interlock of Calciners, achieved central control and operation and management of three Calciners, built the base of information and management integration for total plant.
