摘　　要：北约新战略和日美安保体制新定义是冷战后东西方安全格局中的重大事件 ;北约新战略只是美国全球战略的一个组成部分 ,即以建立以美国称霸世界为目标的单极世界战略的一部分 ;修改后的日美安全保障体制是美国欧亚地缘战略连环套体系中的一环 ,是美国主导下的在亚洲的“北约”New Strategy of NATO' and 'New Definition of Japan-U.S. Security Protection System' are the two most important issues of the East-West security pattern after the cold war. 'New Strategy of NATO' is just a part of the U.S. global strategy, that is, a part of polarized world strategy that seeks world hegemony; the amended Japan-U.S. Security Protection System is a link of Eurasia territory strategy of U.S., and the NATO in Asia led by U.S; both of them will have a great influence on local and even global international relations.
