对中国通货紧缩的理性思考

摘　　要：进入 2 0 0 0年 ,中国市场价格总体水平增长率由负转正 ,物价指数走出了持续下降的低谷 ,居民消费水平逐渐提高 ,经济增长出现了“拐点”。回顾近几年在中国出现的通货紧缩 ,有其合理性和必然性的一面。它在带来消极影响的同时 ,也存在着某些积极的因素 ;它并非洪水猛兽 ,但也不可等闲视之。我们必须理性地思考它、认识它。The rate of gross market price level has changed from negative number to positive number since the beginning of 2000 in China. The index of price has moved out of the position of continued decline in price, and the residents' consumption has been steadily improved. It seems that the economy in China has emerged a “turning-point'. The author points out that the deflation is reasonable and inevitable after recalling the facts in the past year;it has some positive influence while it has negative influence on our economy and that it isn't great scourges but we must pay attention to it . In short ,we must think, recognize and treat deflation rationally.
