摘　　要：简要分析了３００ＭＷ燃煤机组的运行控制方式和各种损耗对其效率的影响，并以阳逻电厂优化运行的实例，对如何尽可能降低供电煤耗，提高机组及全厂的经济效益进行了探讨。The control mode of operation and various losses which influence the efficiency for 300 MW coal-fired unit were briefly analyzed. An example of optimizing operation in Yangluo Power Plant for how to decrease the power supply coal consumption as low as possible and to increase the economic benefit of the unit and whole plant was discussed.
