摘　　要：概述我国电网设备大面积污闪情况 ,分析我国现有的手持式带电清扫机具使用中存在的问题 ,介绍适用于 110kV、2 2 0kV变电高压设备防污闪有效措施———结构设计新颖的便携式带电清扫机具 :采用软轴连接进行动力传递、驱动毛刷盘高速旋转完成带电清扫作业 ,实现机具重量轻、清扫功率大、使用寿命长、操作安全可靠的需要。并简述便携式软轴连接高压带电清扫机的使用前景。The large area pollution & flashover on power grid equipment is introduced in brief, and problems existed in current hand type live cleaning equipment are analyzed in this paper. The advanced live cleaning equipment adapting to 110kV, 220kV HV power transformation equipment is described. The equipment is connected by standard power source & hand type cleaning equipment, and brush plate rotates at high speed to complete cleaning operation under the drive of soft-shaft connected motor. The cleaning equipment has the advantages of lightweight, large cleaning power, long life and safe, reliable operation. The application prospect of live cleaning equipment is presented in this paper.
