摘  要:目的 研究成骨生长肽 (osteogenicgrowthpeptide,OGP)对成骨细胞样细胞的促成骨作用。 方法 体外培养SD大鼠颅盖骨的成骨细胞样细胞 ,用组织学、组织化学、生物化学等方法 ,观察OGP用药组 (5 0瓶 )与对照组 (5 0瓶 )细胞在增殖发育过程中的形态与功能变化。 结果 两组细胞均有骨结节形成 ,但OGP组比对照组能更早更多地产生骨基质 ,并有高出 2倍的碱性磷酸酶产生。细胞培养 14d时 ,OGP组还出现小梁状结构。 结论 OGP在明显促进成骨细胞样细胞增殖成熟的同时 ,能激发其更高的成骨活性 。Objective To investigate the osteogenesis promoting role of osteogenic growth peptide(OGP) in growth and development of the osteoblast like cells. Methods The osteoblast like cells from calvarium of new born SD rats were cultured in vitro and divided into an OGP treated group (fifty bottles) and a control group (fifty bottles). Variations in cell shape and function of the two groups were observed with histological, histochemical and biochemical methods. Results Bone nodules were formed in both the OGP group and the control group. In the OGP group, the bone matrix was produced earlier and was more in amount than that in the control group, with two times more of ALP in the OGP group than in the control group. On 14th culture day, trabecular bone structure appeared in the OGP group. Conclusions OGP greatly promotes the proliferation and maturation of osteoblast like cells, at the same time it also can stimulate their osteogenic activity efficiently to produce more new bone tissues.
