摘　　要：目的 :探讨子宫输卵管造影时加用地塞米松对减少造影反应的作用。方法 :通过两组子宫输卵管造影患者的比较 ,A组 2 0 0例 ,造影时未加用地塞米松 ;B组 2 0 0例 ,造影时加用地塞米松。结果 :A组有 10 0例发生造影反应 ,B组仅有 40例有反应。结论 :子宫输卵管造影时加用地塞米松 。Objective:To assess the value of using dexamethasone(DXM) in hysterosalpingography to reduce the adverse reaction of contrast medium.Methods:400 cases of hysterosalpingography were collected and divided in two groups:group A 200 cases with use of dexamethasone and group B without use of dexamethasone.Adverse reactions were registered and compared for two groups.Results:There were adverse reactions in 40 cases of group A and in 100 cases of group B.Conclusion:Using DXM in hysterosalpingography can reducd the adverse reaction of contrast medium.
