摘　　要：目的 :总结分析鼻息肉的CT表现特点 ,评价CT扫描对鼻息肉的诊断价值。方法 :97例均行轴位及冠状位扫描 ,其中轴位 2 4例 ,冠状位 73例 ,全部病例经鼻内窥镜手术及病理证实。结果 :97例中双侧发病 72例 ,单侧发病 2 5例。鼻息肉主要发生在筛窦及中鼻道 ,部分累及上颌窦及下鼻道 ,在CT断面上表现为鼻腔内息肉样肿块 ,均合并不同程度的鼻窦炎。冠状位CT扫描比轴位显示清楚。结论 :鼻息肉在CT断面上有比较特征性的表现 ,诊断明确 ,冠状位能提供与功能鼻内窥镜手术方位一致的解剖层面 ,能清楚显示鼻道解剖结构和病变特点 。Objective: To evaluate CT features of nasal polyps and the diagnostic value of CT in nasal polyps.Methods:97 cases were performed axial and coronal MR imaging,including axial scanning in 24 and coronal scanning in 73. All patients were preformed the functional endoscopic sinus surgery and confirmed by pathology.Results:97 cases of nasal polyps included 72 of bilateral and 25 of unilateral lesion .The polyps were mainly located in ethmoidal sinus and middle meatus, and partly involved maxillary sinus and inferior meatus . Nasal polyp presented as a polypoid mass on CT scans. All patients complicated paranasal sinusitis in varied degrees. The coronal CT scanning was superior to the axial in demonstration of nasal polyps.Conclusion:Nasal polyps have some characteristic CT features, by which an accurate diagnosis can be made. Coronal CT scans provide the same anatomical sections as the operative position at functional endoscopic sinus surgery, and can also show the nasal anatomy and pathology clearly. These results aid in the guidance of fiberoptic endoscopic nasal surgery and the prevention from operative complications.
