摘　　要：目的 :探讨磁共振技术在诊断主动脉夹层的应用价值。方法 :通过对 2 4例主动脉夹层的MRI影像分析 ,并与CT对照。结果 :MRI在破口位置、内膜片及附壁血栓的显示皆优于CT ,而在真假腔显示上两者相近。结论 :MRI是诊断主动脉夹层的主要检查方法之一。Objective:To assess the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of aortic dissection (AD).Methods:The MRI features of AD in 24 cases were analyzed and compared with CT findings.Results:MRI was superior to CT in demonstration of the entry of tear, intimal flap and mural thrombus,but similar to CT in showing the true and false lumen.Conclusion:MRI is one of the main examinations in the diagnosis of AD.
